THREE members of Droitwich Spa Judo Kan claimed gold medals at the Midland Area Closed Championship held at Erdington Academy on Sunday.
Tamzin Rudge was in the under-36kgs category and fought strongly to claim first.
Heather Beard fought in the under-50kgs category and put on a strong performance to take gold while Megan Skillern, who is supported by the Rivers Gifted and Talented team, finished top of the pile in the over-55kgs category.
A club spokesperson said: “At Droitwich Spa Judo Kan we are pleased to see our members achieve and that they have so much enthusiasm. Well done everyone.”
