TEAM Dynamics enjoyed a memorable weekend as Gordon Shedden won race three and Dan Rowbottom secured a podium finish in race one at Croft Circuit in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).
The Droitwich-based team enjoyed one of their best race weekend’s to date as Rowbottom qualified in second place and Shedden in fifth in North Yorkshire.
And whilst Shedden suffered an unfortunate DNF in race one, Rowbottom used his prime grid position to secure third place and his first podium of the season.
That was backed up by a fifth-place finish in race two with Shedden recovering well from the back of the grid to finish 12th.
And Shedden saved the best until last as he produced a fine ride from pole to take victory in race three and secure the team’s second win of the season with Rowbottom finishing the weekend with a DNF.
The results mean Shedden sits seventh in the driver standings on 132 points with Rowbottom back in 10th on 90 points.
The BTCC resumes in Scotland at Knockhill on the weekend of July 30/31.
