DROTWICH Spa returned to action with a comfortable 3-0 win against Old Wulfranians thanks to a pair of penalties from Connor Collins and Cory Rudd.
The Saltmen last played over a fortnight ago and took the lead through Collins’ first-half penalty before James Lemon doubled Spa’s advantage in the second period.
And Rudd sealed all three points with another penalty after Lemon had been fouled inside the box.
The result means Droitwich are back up to second in the West Midlands (Regional) League Division One table, trailing leaders Gornal Athletic by 22 points with six games in hand.
Spa are back in action against AFC Bentley on Saturday, March 19 with kick-off at 3pm at the Bentley Youth Sports Ground.
