DROITWICH Spa Cricket Club (DSCC) are looking for new players as preparations for the new season ramp up both on and off the pitch.
Despite the new season being more than four months away, the club plans to field five teams on Saturdays in the Worcestershire County League, a women’s league side and a Sunday team.
And Droitwich are welcoming new players into the fold, anyone interested can come along to the pre-season net practice.
Senior nets began this week at Bromsgrove School Arena and will run between 7pm and 9pm every Tuesday evening through to the beginning of April when outdoor practice gets underway. Cost is £5 per week.

Off the field, phase two of DSCC’s clubhouse redevelopment is about to commence and the aim to complete the work in time for the start of the 2022 season.
