RECEPTION pupils at Droitwich’s St Peter’s Droitwich C of E Academy gave their mums, grandmothers, aunts and other special women a special Mother’s Day morning of treats and activities.
The special guests enjoyed drinks and biscuits and the opportunity to play games, create artwork, read stories and spend time with the children.
The children had planted seedlings to present as gifts and a graffiti table had been set up for children and guests to decorate together.
Mrs Watson, EYFS class teacher, said: “The morning was a lovely way for the children to say thank you to their guests and to spend some quality time enjoying activities together.
“The children wanted to make their guests feel special and let them know how appreciated they were, and from the smiles on everyone’s faces, they definitely did that.”
