REMEMBRANCE Sunday will be very different this year – in the past few days representatives and organisations have already been laying their wreaths in advance at the war memorial in Droitwich.
The pre-recorded service and Act of Remembrance will be broadcast on YouTube Sunday morning and shared to the town’s Royal British Legion Facebook and Twitter pages.
The Royal British Legion has urged people not to attend the the live services and instead stand on their doorsteps at 11am to observe their own two-minute silence.
And people have also been encouraged to decorate their windows with poppy pictures in the run up to the day.
