Woman in her 70s sexually assaulted in Droitwich

A WOMAN in her 70s has been sexually assaulted in Droitwich in broad daylight.

The attack, carried out by a man in his late 20s or 30s, happened around 1pm as the woman was walking her dog along a footpath running from Blake Avenue to Witton Avenue at 1pm yesterday.

Police currently have extra officers patrolling the area.

The man was white, in his late 20s or 30s, of stocky build and with a dark brown bushy beard.




He was wearing a beanie-type hat, sweater, green shorts, converse-style shoes and carrying a small rucksack.
