MEMBERS of a team of health workers who support four GP surgeries in Droitwich and Ombersley have created a video to wish Captain Tom Moore happy birthday.
The centenarian received an RAF flypast this morning to mark him turning 100 and he has been made an honorary colonel.
The veteran has won the hearts of people across the UK and around the World after setting out to raise £1,000 for the NHS by completing 100 laps of his garden before his 100th birthday.
The fund-raising today went through the £31million barrier and he has already become JustGiving’s most successful fund-raiser ever.
The Droitwich and Ombersley Neighbourhood Team, who participated in the birthday video, are part of the Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.
They support four medical centres – Spa, Salters, Corbett and Ombersley.

People are also being urged to sing happy birthday to Tom tonight at 7.59pm ahead of the weekly Clap for our Carers at 8pm.
