A NEW micropub will soon be opening its doors in Droitwich Spa.
The Ale Hub – which will open at Yew Tree Local Centre, Woodland Way, Pulley Lane, in mid-April – is a family-run business.
It is aimed at providing the local community with a place they can go to drink a range of cask and craft beers, along with gins and wines.
Connor McDiarmid, the licensee of the new venue, said: “We have a goal to revitalise the local pub scene and provide the community with a choice of refreshing and well-kept drinks in a relaxed and friendly environment.
“This was based on personal experiences at existing establishments where the ale was often poorly kept and the lines were not properly maintained.
“Droitwich is a great area with a new development and community and we felt it would be the perfect place for our next Ale Hub.”
The Ale Hub currently has venues in Worcester and three areas of Birmingham – Shirley, Sutton Coldfield and Dickens Heath – and prides itself on quality, cleanliness and fantastic service.
