TEMPERATURES are set to plummet even further as gritters prepare to take to the roads in Droitwich again tonight.
The county’s gritting teams will be heading out onto primary routes from 6.30pm this evening (Tuesday), with secondary routes to follow.
According to the MET Office, temperatures are set to reach – 6 degrees, staying dry and sunny this afternoon and remainin dry this evening with clear skies.
Little change overnight is expected with predominantly clear conditions, although some mist or a few freezing fog patches could develop in places.
Looking forward to Wednesday morning it will stay dry with slowly increasing cloud cover.
