A SUPPORT day for people in Droitwich living with Pancreatic Cancer will be held from 11am to 3pm on Friday, September 28, writes Kirsty Card.
The event at Droitwich Spa Methodist Church has been organised by Pancreatic Cancer UK and will include talks on various aspects of the disease, including managing diets and symptoms.
There will also be information about the services the charity provides for people with pancreatic cancer and their families and participants will be able to discuss any particular concerns they have with specialist nurses.
The day is open to anyone affected by pancreatic cancer and their family members.
The charity will cover any travel costs for patients to get to this event if they provide receipts on arrival.
