THE ANNUAL Ball to raise funds for the Primrose Hospice and its Family Support Centre is set to take place on July 9 at Sixways Stadium in Worcester.
After the setbacks from the pandemic, the event will be returning with a ‘Roaring 20s’ theme and a raffle with prizes donated by a variety of local businesses.
Elaine, the volunteer tasked with gathering hundreds of prizes, said: “The raffle is often a big draw for our community as some of the prizes we’ve had over the years have been superb.
“I am amazed and appreciative of people’s generosity and their support for Primrose Hospice and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.”
Previous prizes have included cruise holidays and beautiful items and the raffle alone raises around £2,500 which goes straight back into the Primrose Hospice so it can support those in the local community who need it.
