Renowned Spa milliner and NLP practitioner to officially open her two businesses in Droitwich town centre tomorrow

A DROITWICH entrepreneur is set to open two businesses at a new location on St Andrew’s Street in the town tomorrow.

Caroline Butcher, who owns the popular hat shop Millinery Creations by Caroline and NLP/Coaching practice Your Optimum Life, is moving both ventures to brand new premises in the centre of Droitwich Spa.

Caroline opened Millinery Creations by Caroline in December 2012 and has developed a thriving company with returning customers’ year-on-year.

The past 18 months have been extremely challenging with the shop remaining closed during the lockdowns and with weddings and race events being affected by the pandemic.

The hat shop will be moving from 59a High Street, to larger premises on St Andrew’s Street and will be rebranded to HATs CbyC, offering a more contemporary look to the traditional hat shop.

In January 2019, Caroline launched Your Optimum Life, a service offering clients Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Time-Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy for personal development and positive life change.

She also offers services to support companies with coaching for their employees. The practice was located at Gaudet Luce Golf Course, Droitwich, and is moving to the new location where it will be situated next to the hat shop.

Caroline said: “I’m so pleased that I am going to be able to operate both businesses under one roof.

“I have big plans for the future and after restrictions with the national lockdowns, I’m delighted that it’s finally coming together.

“In 2020, when the store was closed, I used my time wisely and trained as an NLP trainer.

“So now I am able to train-the-trainer as well as work directly with personal and corporate clients and our new premises has a fantastic training academy where we can offer group training sessions.”

She added the wedding and events industry had been hit hard and people had not been buying hats and fascinators.

“We’re hoping that as the industry opens up we will see people wanting to dress to impress after 18 months of not being able to.”

HATs CbyC and Your Optimum Life will both open for business tomorrow.

Anyone who visits the new premises in May will received a free glass of bubbly (or non-alcoholic alternative).

Social distancing will be in place at all times.
