Public urged to be aware of Westlands Criminal Behaviour Order when Droitwich man is released from prison

RESIDENTS are being reminded that Jack Rowley and formerly of the Westlands, is subject to a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which bans him from entering the estate.

The 25-year-old is due to be released from prison tomorrow after serving a six-month sentence for a number of violent and anti-social behaviour offences.

Then the CBO will come into force.

Droitwich Safer Neighbourhood Team want the public to contact them if Rowley enters the Westlands (as defined by Map A).

PC Richard Rees from Droitwich SNT said: “If Rowley is seen on the Westlands Estate please report the matter to police immediately on telephone number 101.

“This can be done anonymously and police will not require you to give statements, or give evidence against him if he is seen by officers within the exclusion zone.”
