Police issue warning after burglars tried to take high value vehicle from Droitwich

Droitwich Editorial 16th Jun, 2019   0

A WARNING has gone out about suspicious behaviour in Droitwich at midnight on Friday.

There were reports of three men in dark clothing acting suspiciously around Belfry Road.

They were seen to get out of the vehicle and jump over a fence of a neighbouring property.

An home which had been left open was identified by officers and those living there were made aware of the situation.

The occupants realised that the door has been forced through and that the back panel of their gate had also been forced.

The residents have a high valued vehicle on the driveway and believed the raiders where attempting to take the vehicle.

A vehicle was seen to make off at speed from the scene.

Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
