Police appeal after woman was grabbed and threatened in Droitwich

POLICE are investigating an altercation in Droitwich in which a woman was grabbed by the wrists and threatened.

It happened at 5.30pm on Monday on St Andrews Road near the Panda Chinese restaurant.

The victim was parked in a Citroen C1 when the attacker approached her grabbed her and then made the threats.

The woman sounded her horn to gain attention and a man stopped to ask if she was okay, prompting the attacker to shout at him.
