Owners of popular pub transform outdoor space during lockdown

Droitwich Editorial 11th Aug, 2020   0

OWNERS of a popular pub in Stoke Prior used the lockdown period to transform their venue’s outdoor space.

The Navigation Inn has doubled its garden size with new patio, grass and decking.

There is also a brand new outdoor bar dedicated to serving customers who can enjoy a cold alcoholic beverage.

And a previously unused building in the garden has been converted into a function room.

When speaking about the investment, publicans Geoff Lee, Iain Harling and Craig Knight said in a joint statement: “While this has been a challenging time, we used our period of closure to makeover the pub. It has enabled us to have an additional area that allows us to welcome even more of our guests to the pub safely.

“We are so thrilled that we can now take full advantage of our outdoor space with our beautiful new beer garden.

“This is an amazing area for our customers to enjoy both in the sun and colder months.”
