THIEVES stole a metal gate from a property in Droitwich.
The theft took place between 6pm and 9pm on Wednesday at the entrance to a field in Chatley.
Police say every year tonnes of metal are stolen from homes, businesses, churches, schools and substations, causing disruption and a hefty bill to replace items or repair any damage.
