THE DROITWICH Mayor officially opened the new-look Droitwich Knee Clinic.
Coun Bob Brookes gave a rousing speech about the centre, praising it and mentioning that while he walked around town a few weeks ago, he met someone who had tavelled all the way from the Lake District to have treatment there.
“Being able to attract patients from over 200 miles away is obviously a practical testament to the quality of treatment on offer here.
“Looking around me, it is quite clear there has been a considerable investment to build this new facility to the high standard we can see and I am sure that can only further enhance the already excellent reputation enjoyed by the Droitwich Knee Clinic.”
As well as the opening, there was also the relaunching of the Physiotheraph @ DKC, a presentation on ‘How to Look After Your Knees’ and those who went along were able to meet and talk to the consultants.
