HUSBAND and wife piano duo Emma Abbate and Julian Perkins will be performing a variety of classical music from the best known to the less familiar when they take to the stage in Droitwich.
The event, the latest to have been organised by Droitwich Concert Club, is being held at the town’s Methodist Church, Worcester Road, at 3pm next Saturday (February 21).
Emma, who studied in Naples, Rome and London, is a professor at Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Julian, a chamber musician and conductor, teaches harpsichord and vocal studies at the Royal Northern College of Music.
Among the pieces being performed will be works by Mozart, Dvorak, Schubert and Polonaise – an early work by Wagner.

The concert is open to non-members and everyone is welcome.
