A HOST of renowned acts will be taking to the stage at Droitwich’s Rifleman’s Arms for a charity music festival from midday tomorrow.

Among the performers will be festival duo ‘Deja Two’, Sally Halsall, dubbed ‘Droitwich’s favourite vocalist’, Nick Owen Jones, Dee and Ollie, Sinead O’Reilly, Midnight City Soul Band and Pete Harrington with his Edge of the 80s Show.

Admission is free and there will also be a barbecue, cake sale, tombola and raffle with mascots, an outside bar and outdoor stage.

All the cash raised will go towards Meeting Centres UK, the charity which supports people with dementia and carers to adjust to their changing situation.

Droitwich Meeting Centre is available for those living with dementia and their carers for three days-a-week, offering activities such as singing, shopping, reminiscence, music, dance, sports, creativity sessions or outings.
