HIT MUSICAL Me and My Girl is being performed at Droitwich’s Norbury Theatre tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) with further stagings from Thursday to Saturday (July 17 to 19).

The comedy, which is being directed by Jonathan Southall and being put on by The Norbury Players, features toe-tapping songs including The Sun Has Got His Hat On, the Lambeth Walk and Leaning on a Lamp Post. There is also an array of witty one-liners from Stephen Fry.

It centres around Cockney costermonger Bill Snibson who learns of his new found title under the guise of his aunt Maria is educated in the ways of the upper class.

The male version of Eliza Dolittle this rags to riches story will enchant and entertain both the young and old.
