Haul of antiques stolen in burglary on Hanbury home

A HAUL of antiques have been stolen in a burglary in Hanbury.

Among the items – taken during the break-in on Monday night were a 2ft tall bronze bust, a silver tray, four silver candlesticks, two silver sugar tongs, four silver spoons and four golden rings.

The owners heard a loud noise at the property on Forest Lane around 10.30pm.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call police on 101.

Anyone offered items matching the description of the antiques should also get in touch with officers.
