WITH the cold weather upon us, the locations of more than 1,200 grit bins across Worcestershire can be checked online.
The county council is reminding residents they can find where their nearest bin is across Worcestershire through an interactive map.
The salt and grit mixture for use on designated highway, which includes footpaths, can be used by members of the public when temperatures drop under zero to help other road users and pedestrians.
