Christmas Eve bus and train times between Droitwich, Bromsgrove and Birmingham

PEOPLE are being urged to ensure they are aware of any changes to bus and train services over the Christmas period.

BUSES

The 144 will operate a normal weekday service on Christmas Eve but the 8.15pm from Worcester and 9.45pm from Birmingham will not be running.

The last bus will leave Worcester at 6.15pm, and is due to arrive in Droitwich at 6.39pm, Bromsgrove at 6.55pm, Rubery at 7.21pm and Northfield at 7.25pm.

The last bus from Birmingham will leave at 8pm and is due to arrive in Northfield at 8.20pm, Rubery at 8.29pm, Bromsgrove at 8.45pm and Droitwich at 9.03pm.




There are no buses on Christmas Day or Boxing Day and a normal weekday service will start again on Friday, December 27.

TRAINS

After 3pm on Christmas Eve many routes will operate a revised timetable.


The last train from Bromsgrove to Birmingham will be 10.22pm, arriving at New Street at 10.52pm.

The last train from Birmingham to Bromsgrove will be at 10pm. Prior to that, between 9pm and 10pm the trains will be every 15 minutes (with Cross City Line and Hereford to Worcester services).

The last train to Droitwich from Birmingham New Street will be 10pm. The one before that is 9pm.

The last train from Droitwich to Birmingham New Street is 9pm.

There will be no trains operating on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

Trains will start later on Friday, December 27, and there will be a Sunday service on both Saturday and Sunday, December 28 and 29.
