A BODY has been found by the side of a road in Droitwich.
The discovery of the man, who was 57, was made in Trench Lane, Huddington, yesterday afternoon.
He was found next to a green ‘Whyte’ mountain bike and was wearing dark cycling clothing.
Investigating officers want anyone who may have seen the man riding around Wyre Piddle, Pershore or Huddington to get in touch.
The man’s family has been informed, although formal identification has not yet taken place.
PC Matthew Digger said: “We are not treating this as suspicious at this time but would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him on his journey and can provide any information to what may have happened.”
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
