POLICE have launched an urgent appeal to find John Chapman who has been missing since July 23.
The 77 years old was spotted in Morrisons in Droitwich on August 5.
Officers are concerned for his welfare.
Anyone who has seen John – pictured above -or knows where he is should call police on 101.
