UP TO 65 jobs will be created when a new care home opens in Droitwich later this year.
Woodland View, on Woodland Way, is looking for people to fill a variety of roles, including care management, care assistants, kitchen and domestic staff.
The new team – when formed – will complete a thorough induction period before the home opens for 66 residents.
Ideal Carehomes has invested £12million in Woodland View which boasts a lavish cinema, botanical room, landscaped gardens and a traditional tea shop with balcony.
It also has a beauty parlour and a sky bar.
The caring staff team will be focussed on creating a welcoming and fulfilling lifestyle for the people who live at Woodland View via their round-the-clock support, regular and varied activities, healthy and nutritious food and laundry and housekeeping service.

The Ideal Academy will offer training, development and career progression opportunities via a range of learning resources, including E-learning and specialist workshops.
Ideal Carehomes has recently launched its ‘future managers’ training programme to find the right people for the right roles.
Staff will be provided with uniforms and all the PPE they need, along with the Covid-19 vaccine if they have not yet had it.
