Hi: 19° Lo:10° 7 day

MUMS and dads caught up in frantic Christmas preparations have been provided with some invaluable advice from the Parenting Pacemaker.
Judith Holloway, from Droitwich, has produced a concise guide on to how to get ahead before the all-important day on December 25.
In a new article available on her website, the mother-of-four, gives tips on making sure no-one is missed off the card and present list, as well as preparation for the all important Christmas dinner.
Judith said: "There is often a deep divide between how you want things to be and how they really are.
"Leading up to Christmas, the only pressures are the ones you put on yourself.
"The intentions and plans you made to yourself, perhaps in September or even last Christmas ('Never again', you said to yourself) have all but been forgotten."
Judith started up her Parenting Pacemaker business in June this year to support people in need of sensible, practical and timeless advice.
The former teacher has been providing workshops and online material ever since and she is currently part way through her Autumn Series, a collection of telephone interviews with experts in specialist areas.
