KIND-HEARTED Spa residents are being invited to take to the dance floor and play their part in the 2012 Poppy Appeal.

The Poppy Dance has been organised to raise funds for this year’s appeal and will take place next Friday (November 9) between 8pm and 11pm.

Live band ‘Shooting Stars’ will take to the stage for a selection of songs from the 60s and 70s and food will also be available on the evening.

The event will be held at the town’s British Legion on Salwarpe Road and tickets are £5. Tickets are available on the night or in advance by calling 01905 770080.
