Hi: 23° Lo:10° 7 day

WOMEN across Droitwich are being invited to attend one of two free public information events to find out more about breast screening.
A number of changes are taking place within the NHS Breast Screening programme over the next few years which include a widening in the age range for screening and the introduction of new technology.
The revamp will affect how and where future breast screening appointments take place and the events are being used to explain the changes and also provide women with information about breast awareness.
Women can go along either to the first event at the Old Library on Ombersley Street East on Wednesday (July 11) between 12midday and 2pm or at Rotary House on Corbett Avenue next Monday (July 16) between 6pm and 8pm.
E-mail frances.clark@worcestershire.nhs.uk or call 01905 733574 to book a place.
