A DROITWICH pupil has been given the chance of a lifetime thanks to her generous dad.
Alice Fish will be carrying the Olympic Flame around a section of its journey across the UK after dad Jeremy gave her his slot after getting the chance through his company Aggreko which sponsors the London 2012 games.
The 14-year-old, who goes to Dodderhill School, has been chosen to take part in the torch’s relay on Saturday, June 30, in Wolverhampton.
She said: “I was thrilled and very happy when I found out I would be carrying the flame. I am really looking forward to it and my friends all want to come and see me taking part.”
