KIND-HEARTED students at Droitwich Spa High School raised more than £3,000 for three good causes as part of their annual Charities Week.
The school dedicated itself to raising cash for MAGS day centre in Worcester, Cancer Research UK and poverty eradication charity LEPRA.
Pupils handed over three cheques, each worth £1,110, to representatives from each of the causes during a special assembly on Monday (January 9).
Director of Sixth Form, Rob Elmes, said: “Charities Week is one of the highlights of the sixth form calendar and it is a great privilege for us to be donating what is a significant sum of money to each of these charities.”
